Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange brussels sprouts and bacon on the baking sheet. Spray liberally with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spray. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top and gently toss everything together, making sure the brussels sprouts and bacon are coated with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!®.
  3. Roast until brussels sprouts are fork tender and golden brown, and the bacon is crispy, about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze evenly over the roasted brussels sprouts and bacon. Serve immediately.
